Page Update

Well, one of my other blogs is malfunctioning. I dedicated that blog for news in my phone cards collection, but since that hobby is put on hold, that blog has been on temporary abandonment. Well, it’s not that I wasn’t trying to update that blog at all, but that blog has been having a lot of problem for few months. I even complained about it on this blog. So few weeks ago I noticed that it was fixed, but somehow my blog isn’t there anymore. Whenever I try to go to my blog (phonecardscollector.outblogger.com), it directs me to the homepage of the blog (outblogger.com). The funny thing is that I can still login and see all my posts, but when I visit the site, it just doesn’t seem to exist.
So, I decided to abandon that blog for good. I was just cleaning up all the links that I made to that blog, and that included the one from my webpage. Well, since I logged into my geocities, I decided to update that page, and I even added 2 pages! Now, I’m in a dilemma whether if I’m going to make a new blog on wordpress to replace that blog. But the thing is I’ve used phonecardscollector domain on wordpress on this blog. 😕 I could register a new blog (maybe PeterIsTVaddict.wordpress.com) and export all the content of this blog to the new blog, and import the content of that broken blog to this blog. Hmm, but that’s just too much work, and I’m lazy 😆
So anyway, I’m so glad with the response that I’ve been getting regarding the Hulu Award. I’m so honored to be one of the panelists and I couldn’t be happier with all the comments you left to help me decide on the nominees. I promise, I’ll post the new categories to be judged every week, so you can also give your opinion on which shows deserve the award.

So, I just changed the tagline of my blog from “Peter’s Phone Cards Collection & General Blog” to just lines. [Edit note: I actually changed to just “Peter’s Blog,” but then when I previewed it, I realized that it’s the same as the title of the blog.]
The reason for that is pretty obvious, I don’t want to make this blog my phone card blog (I already have a blog for that), and currently I’m inactive in collecting. I really appreciate other phone cards collectors that visit this blog and leave their comments. I’m still interested in phone cards, but I’m not buying or swapping anymore, and I never intend to sell any of my collections. If you read my phone cards blog, other than being busy, that other blog host has some kind of problems. Sometimes it takes a while just to log in, sometimes I just couldn’t log in at all. So with minimal time that I have to blog, especially about phone cards, I never have a chance to write anything there for the last few weeks.
Anyway, so this blog have a new name. I hope you enjoy reading my blog 🙂
My First Quiz!

Tonight, I just had my first in-class quiz that I haven’t had for a long long time. I couldn’t even remember when was the last time I panicked because a teacher announced a pop-quiz. That was fun though, I refreshed many memories from my days back in school. So far I’m enjoying life as a student again, minus all the homework and projects. As for the quiz, the teacher went over it after we were done, and I got 12/15, so I guess it’s not so bad 🙂 I should have a midterm exam coming up two weeks from now. Man, I should ask my niece how to study for an exam!
As for phone cards collecting, I think I have to stop it for now. I’m just too busy to look around for new and interesting phone cards, and I just don’t have time to update my website. I don’t even have time to update my other blogs 😦
No Update

I know I owe lots of blog posts 😦 But I haven’t got any time to do almost anything these past few weeks. As I’ve talked on my previous post, I applied for a second job, and I got it. So now, I have 2 part time jobs, and it’s just like having a full time job. And one of the job requires me to work during weekend, so I lose 2 days where I used to have spare time to update my websites and blogs.
Another thing that I talked about is going to school again, and yes, I got accepted at this small university. I’m taking 4 classes, and all of them are evening ones. So, basically during weekdays, I hardly have time to do anything else. And on weekend, I still have to go to work, so I barely have time to do anything else….
I don’t know if those decision in taking 2nd job and going to school again are too much for me. I guess I have to continue for at least a quarter and see how far I can take this cramped lifestyle.

I’m encountering problems whenever I try to go to my other blog. It keeps giving me this message:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access / on this server.Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Not only I can’t view my blog, but I can’t go to the blog homepage, so I can’t update anything.
It’s been few days already…
Collection Update!

Well, I’m just gonna announce that I’ve just updated collection on my webpage, so check my page out if you have time 🙂
As I’ve said in my other blog, I had a little trouble with geocities. It doesn’t let me copy-paste stuff, and also I can’t open more than 1 page at a time, so moving things from 1 page to another is troublesome. Does anyone have any idea to overcome this problem?
But other than updating the collection, I had time to clean my apartment 😉

I haven’t got much time to do almost anything except job and errands for this week. No scanning new phone cards to show, no playing games at all. I can’t wait until tomorrow, where I can relax. But I can’t be too relaxed because my apartment needs cleaning…
Well, that’s all for now, and hopefully this weekend I have some time and motivation to do some update on my webpage and blogs.

Hi all, welcome to my blog. My name is Peter, and as my blog title says, I’m a phone cards collector. This is my second blog actually. The first one is dedicated only for phone cards collection update, but lately I’ve been itching to post something more general so I created this blog.
Well, a little bit about myself (or should I post this on my profile or About Me page?) I’m in my 20s, currently employed as a part-time data entry worker. I am not new to internet, I’ve been surfing internet for quite some time, but blogging and making website for my collection are new experience for me. I’m still learning, and I want to make my blog and website get some page rank (that’s my goal, for now). Please give me tips on improving my blog and website, I’ll really appreciate it!
