It looks like there won’t be any The Mole season anytime soon. Maybe in a few years, when abc runs out of idea, they might decide to make The Mole US season 6 (just like they decided to make The Mole season 5). But until then, we can only watch The Mole DVD. For Mole-lovers out there, who want to see some Mole action but don’t have the DVD, you can watch it at Youtube. There’s Molejunkie who supplies season 1 to 3 of The Mole. I’m very grateful to you Molejunkie for feeding my Mole Craving! Go visit his youtube video page, he has 8 pages of The Mole!
Anyway, on other news, I wrote a post about the Burn Notice Saab Sweepstakes. And it’s supposed to announce the winner after Oct 2, 2008. Well, right now it’s already after Oct 2, but there’s no news whatsoever. Well, there’s one way for you to find out if you are the lucky person or not by getting the winner list directly from USA Network. You can do this by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to to: The Burn Notice Covert Ops Sweepstakes “WINNERS LIST”, P.O. Box 10877, Burbank, CA 91510. It should be received by December 2, 2008. I’ll keep you posted if I hear any news about the update of this sweepstakes. In the meanwhile, keep on praying because they might’ve not chosen the winner yet. 8)
Now, I’m off to watch Chuck, Heroes (maybe or maybe not), and My Own Worst Enemy.
If you like spy game, here’s a chance for you to win a car! If you watch Burn Notice, you know that Saab is the sponsor of the show, so they’re giving a way a grand prize of Saab 9-3 Convertible and Oliver Peoples Sunglasses like Michael wears as mini-prizes. The online game itself actually has already started up since July 17, the premier of Burn Notice (but I just found out about it). But no worries, you and I can still participate; the sweepstakes ends on Sept. 25, 2008. There are 9 missions, and they are given out each week. So if you register today, you have to complete the first 7 missions, and the last one will come next week along with the latest episode of Burn Notice.
You can also enter the sweepstakes without playing, or play without entering the sweepstakes, so it’s up to you. To play the game (and enter sweepstakes), go to www.burnnoticeops.com, create an account, and play. To enter the Sweepstakes by email without playing/creating an account, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information and the rules of the game/sweepstakes, visit the website. Good luck 🙂
On another tv show, I just finished watching America’s toughest jobs. Last week, the players were gold mining, this week, they had to become drivers at Monster Truck Jam. This challenge is my least favorite so far, because I’m not into racing and daredevil-type of show.
OMG, this week’s Japanese Game Show is sooooooooo funny! They had to cross dress. Meaghan wearing a tux was okay. But Donnell (I’ve spelled his name wrong all along) and Andrew had to wear a gown! And in the middle of the game, Andrew’s gown fell down showing his hairy chest. The game was pretty simple, but the spinning chair was so fast. Anyways, Meaghan screwed up by putting the heart lock on her back (maybe she was too dizzy), and after that she took the key and dropped it causing Green Monkey team to lose a good amount of time. BUT, in the end Green Monkey team won! I’m so happy for them. 😛
This week’s reward is better than previous ones. Meaghan and Donnell got to stay in the most luxurious and modern hotel (priced at $12k a night). They got to ride in a limo, get a room w/ private chef and waiters, private swimming pool and get to order whatever they want – gourmet of course. And Meaghan ordered Pizza (yes, you read it right) and got it! 🙂 I don’t blame Meaghan for ordering a Pizza. As much as I like eating any type of cuisine, eating the same style of food for weeks will bore anyone. I so want to trade place with any of them.
On the other hand, Yellow Penguin finally lost after winning 4x in a row. They had to spend a night at a capsule hotel, where everything is tiny. Bento box was small and cold. And the capsule room was tight and confined, and it’s more like corpse’s chamber at morgues. They were also given nurse-like pjs.
Of course, Justin and Andrew were pretty smart. They made their own decision, because they didn’t want to face each other. So against Belinda’s will, Andrew volunteered himself and dragged Belinda down to elimination game. The game was changing clothes, and there was a special guest who played the game with them. They were told that that guy was the champion of fast clothes changing. But he actually got a twin 😆 so he always won. Belinda had better experince in changing clothes, so she won. Time for Andrew to go.
So next week 2 people on each team, one guy and one girl. Apparently next week is the final episode, so out of those 4 people one will win $250,000.
Today’s wipeout players didn’t do so good on the wipeout zone. 3 of them took more than 16 minutes to complete, compared to the average 8 minutes from the previous weeks’ players. Well, this week, the wipeout zone was made more challenging. The pool was filled with foams, so when the players fell down, they had to swim through the foam pool.
On other news, the winners of the Burn Notice book, The Fix, had been announced on Tod Goldberg’s blog. No, I wasn’t one of the lucky winners 😥 I guess I have to buy the book by myself. To see the winners of the contest, visit Tod’s blog here.
For those of you who didn’t know, Tod Golderg wrote a Burn Notice book called the The Fix. And he’s giving away a copy in a contest. Interested? All you have to do is just leave a comment on his page for a chance to win. The winner will be randomly picked. Good luck! Oh, and if you win, you’ll be the first one to lay hand on the book! 8)
