If you’ve watched Superbad, you’ll remember Michael Cera’s McLovin character. That character launched Cera’s acting career. Well, for you youngsters who wants to be the next McLovin, here’s your chance. Universal Pictures is looking for a McLovin type of guy for a new comedy starring Meryl Streep, Alec Baldwin, and Steve Martin. No prior acting experience is necessary, but you need to be able to channel McLovin to play Edward, a 17 year old high school student. Open auditions are over already but you can still submit your audition videos online at: Deadline for this audition is January 16, 2009.

So comment away 🙂 Again, I’m using excerpt due to the long list of eligible nominees, especially we have the most nominees so far. Click on read more to view the eligible candidates and to comment.
